RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

At AriaPalette LLC, we aim to bring satisfaction and inspiration to your space with every artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and convenient return policy.

  1. Return Period
    You can submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted; please check your item promptly.

  1. Return Conditions (Opened Returns Accepted)

We understand you need to see the actual product, therefore:

✅ Returns accepted after opening
The product can be reasonably inspected or simply placed on the shelf
The product must be undamaged and show no obvious signs of use
The original packaging, accessories, and accompanying items must be retained.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following situations will not be eligible for return:

The product is damaged by human error (e.g., scratches, breakage, stains, etc.)
The product has been cleaned, modified, or reprocessed
The return application period has expired
Customized products (non-quality issues)

Please pack the goods properly to avoid damage during transportation.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Please indicate the return item number in the package.

Step 3: Review and Refund

We will inspect the returned goods upon receipt.

Eligible orders will be refunded within 3-7 business days.

The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

  1. Return Costs

Quality Issues / Wrong Item Received:
Return shipping costs will be borne by AriaPalette LLC.

Non-Quality Issues Returns:
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  1. Important Notes

Please ensure the goods are securely packaged during transportation to avoid secondary damage.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If the returned goods do not meet the requirements, we may refuse a refund or return of the goods.
